What is Gluten?
Gluten is a special type of protein gliadin and glutenin commonly found in rye, wheat, and barley. You can find gluten in most cereals and breads. Not all grains contain gluten. Rice, Corn, Quinoa are a few.
We are currently testing more gluten free pizza and bread recipes to compliment our menu.
